Mumbai : Artist King is currently enjoying the success of his song OOPS. The spunky no. released on 23rd August under the banner of Warner Music India and climbed all the music charts immediately. The song entered Spotify TOP200 within two days of its release and has amassed over 11 million views on YouTube and continues to trend in TOP 10 on the music charts. OOPS is the surprise disruption track on King’s upcoming album – Champagne Talks, that completely diverts from the current soundscape in India. A fun, groovy, flirty, interactive love song, OOPS rides on a super smacking bassline that leaves one asking for more. The song stars the gorgeous Zahrah S Khan, who has earlier lent her voice to superhit dance numbers The Punjaabban song and Dance Meri Rani.
OOPS has been ruling the charts ever since its launch and is currently standing strong at #65 in top songs on Spotify India. Similarly on YouTube it is trending on number #6 in the music charts. The song has also taken social media by storm and both celebrities and fans are seen taking up the hookstep challenge. Over 50 thousand reels have been made with people acing the hook step and posting their OOPS moment, including social media favourites Gauahar Khan, Jasmin Bhasin, Shivangi Joshi and Natasha Bharadwaj. Film maker Karan Johar also took to his Instagram and showered praises for the peppy song.
