Mumbai : India is celebrating its 73rd Independence Day today, as the country unites with new hopes and dreams On this historic day, people wish each other in the country. Bollywood celebrities too took to their social media to wish their fans and followers.
After getting this law passed every daughter will get her right equally as compared to the son and on the occasion of Independence Day Karan Aanand said, “As an actor and Indian I am very happy to hear the Supreme Court verdict that recently got passed, so according to this as a son had an equal birthright to inherit ancestral property and the amendments now the daughters will also get the equal portion in the property. This bill got proposed in 1956 but finally we got achievement in 2020, only one positive and good thing happened in this pandemic and we got good news on this special occasion of Independence Day. Now every sibling in a family will have equal right to claim on their parental property.”
