Faridabad News, 08 Aug 2022 : The little scholars of Homerton Grammar School graduated on 6th August, 2022 with great pomp and show as they reached the first step, knocking at the edifice of learning.
The Managing Director- Mr. Rajtheep Singh, Director Academics Ms. Susan Kaur, Director Communications & PR Ms. Prerna B. Singh, and Principal Ms. Archana Dogra, esteemed parents of the tiny tots graced the occasion. The programme was inaugurated with the Lamp Lighting Ceremony followed by a welcome note by Principal Ms. Archana Dogra addressing the esteemed gathering. The ceremony continued with a sensational Welcome Song presented by students from the junior wing and a mesmerizing Mickey Dance sequence by students of Class 3.
“Cinder Fella” a Disneyland-themed musical skit, evinced through spectacular acting, dance performances, and songs, stealing the limelight of the show. The stimulating work of art and craft was featured by the students showcasing the enactment of Walt Disney’s famous works. This was succeeded by a Ramp Walk showcasing the astonishing cosplaying done by the tiny tots of different Disney characters.
The Convocation Song by the tiny tots tapping their toes to the music mesmerized the audience. Consequently, our little scholars, sparkling in their graduation gowns and caps, were felicitated with Roll of Honor by the esteemed management commemorating their journey into a new year. Their smiling faces were welcomed by rapturous applause from the audience as they received scrolls of merit on the dais.
Mr. Rajtheep Singh, the Managing Director, expressed his gratitude towards the parents for their immeasurable support towards the school and their children who need delicate nurturing these years. He also commended the teachers and the students for their excellence in presenting a successful show. He also applauded the determination and grit of the little scholar graduates through the pandemic and the dedication displayed by the teachers who were always working on improving the foundation pillars of their early years. It was indeed a memorable experience for the young scholars.
