Faridabad News, 12 Nov 2021: The MBA and MCA Department of DAV Institute of Management,NH 3, NIT, Faridabad organized a three day induction program “Sanskaran” for MBA 25th Batch and MCA 23rd Batch on 9th November to 11th November2021 from 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM.
DAV Institute of Management, Faridabad has always taken initiatives to connect with its learners in innovative ways and touch their lives by discussing issues of real importance to them. The session started with an address by Dr. Satish Ahuja, Principal Director, DAV Institute of Management who welcomed all the speakers and new students. He further added that hard work is the key to success and it’s important to channelize the energy of the youth.He also gave valuable insights and motivated students to put in their best efforts in the coming two yearsand never give up.
The eminent speakers of three day Induction Program wereMr.Rajiv Chawla,Chairman IamSME of India, Dr. Anubha Walia,Director Prism,Mr. Anish Batta,Entrepreneur,Mr.Pankaj Grover,Director Lakshay- The Target, Mr.Praveen Arora,Trainer, Mr.Govind Mishra,Co-Founder Leaders Avenue,Mr.Kartikeya Raman,Director Trust and Transformation Grant Thoronton Bharat LLP,Mr.Prashant Atkaan,Joint Commissioner MCF and Ms.Chetna Atkaan President,The Global Network.They talked about the mantras of success in corporate world.The eminent speakers further added that Strong Fundamentals, Knowledge, Hard work, Honesty, Sincerity, Integrity & Luck are the ingredients of success and further emphasized that it is not just enough to be right butit is more important to win and what is really important is the knowledge with which the students should exit from this education world.
The session ended with a formal vote of thanks proposed by Dr.Meera Wadhwa HOD MBA Department and Dr.Sarita Kaushik HOD MCA Department. They thanked all the eminent speakers for sharing their knowledge and expertise with the students. They also thanked Dr. Satish Ahuja Principal Director, DAVIM and Dr. Ritu Gandhi Arora, Founder Member DAVIM and Dr.Neelam Gulati,Dean Academics for providing an opportunity to organize the induction program and always motivating the team for such endeavors. Theyacknowledged the efforts of their colleagues in MBA and MCA department,IT department, Estate department and Media support department.
