Faridabad News, 24 Dec 2020 : The MBA Department of DAV Institute of Management, NH 3, NIT, Faridabad organized a two day induction program “Sanskaran for MBA 24th Batch on 23rd December and 24th December2020 from 11.00 AM to 2.00 PM. The session started with address by Dr. Sanjeev Sharma, Principal Director, DAV Institute of Management who welcomed all the speakers and new students. He further added that DAVIM has more than 10 lakh alumni since inception and is channelizing the students’ skills to transform the world.Dr.Ritu Gandhi Arora Vice Principal gave her valuable insights and motivated students to put their best efforts in the coming two years.
Thefirst speaker of theDay Dr.Himanshu Singh,Performance Coach 7 Geese,Canadatalked about the skills that MBA graduates need to acquire in next two years to make themselves industry ready.Thesecond speaker of the day Mr.ChanderJeet Yadav,senior VP-Sales,Alliances & Marketing ,TMW Fintech Pvt ltd talked about the mantras of success in corporate world.He further added that Strong Fundamentals, Knowledge, Hard work, Honesty, Sincerity, Integrity &Luck are the ingredients of success. Session threewas taken by Dr.Ajay Garg, practising CS and Social Entrepreneur. He said that passing exams is just a cake walk but what is really important is the knowledge with which the students should exit from this education world.
The second day began with the welcome address by Dr. Sanjeev Sharma, Principal Director followed by the session ofMr.Aman Grover ,Heads of Apps Development ,Google India. Heshared his seven lessons of life which are important to be successful. The second speaker of day two ,Mr.BirinderJuneja ,Area Sales Manager ,Roche Diabtes Care India Pvt ltd. emphasized on Interpersonal skills , presentation skills and setting up of short term and long term goals.Technical session three was taken by Mr.Rahul Ranbir ,Planning Manger, Nokia. He guidedstudents to acquire technical and communication skills for connecting with the corporate world.
The session ended with a formal vote of thanks proposed by Dr.Meera Wadhwa HOD MBA Department.
