Faridabad News, 29 Aug 2020 : Arya Samaj Committee of DAV institute of Management, Faridabad organised a One-day Webinar on “आर्य समाज द्रष्टिकोण: धर्म और कल्याण” to discuss the role of Arya Samaj in the overall development of the society. As a tradition of DAVIM, the session began with the chanting of DAV Anthem. Ms. Vandana Jain, (Assistant Professor) welcomed the speaker of the day Sh. Satya Pal Arya Ji, Secretary, DAV college Managing Committee, Sh. K. L. Khurana Ji President, Arya Pradeshik Pratinidhi Upsabha, Haryana, Dr. Sanjeev Sharma, Principal Director, DAVIM and Dr. Ritu Gandhi Arora, Vice Principal.
Dr. Sanjeev Sharma, Principal Director DAVIM welcomed the guests and thanked them for being a part of this webinar. He also stated that Arya Samaj Committee has been constituted which conducts Havan Yajna every month by Faculty members and students so that Vedic Values can be inculcated in them. Sh. Satya Pal Arya Ji, Secretary, DAV cCollege Managing Committee, New Delhi, discussed the principles of Arya Samaj and emphasised upon the main aim of Arya Samaj, which is to promote values and practices based on the belief in the infallible authority of the Vedas.
Sh. K. L. Khurana Ji, President, Arya Pradeshik Prathinidhi Upsabha, Haryana congratulated DAVIM for encouraging such programs on Arya Samaj so that teachings of Arya Samaj can spread in the society. He also stated that how the teachings of Swami Dayanand Saraswati are important in the Education sector.
Dr. Sanjeev Sharma, Principal Director DAVIM, congratulated the members of the Arya Samaj Committee DAVIM, Dr. Bhawna Sharma (Treasurer), Ms. Vandana Jain and Ms. Archana Mittal (Mantri), for organising such an enriching session. The session was concluded by Dr.Bhawna Sharma, with a formal vote of thanks.
