NHPC Corporate Office Team wins NHPC Inter-Regional Cricket Tournament
Faridabad News, 30 Dec 2021 : NHPC Limited, India’s premier hydropower company conducted the two day NHPC Inter-Regional Cricket Tournament-cum-Selection Trials from 29thto 30thDecember 2021 at Faridabad. The final match was played between teams from NHPC Corporate Office and NHPC Region Banikhetat Vijay Yadav Residential Cricket Academy, Bhopani, Faridabad on 30thDecember 2021. The NHPC Corporate Office team won the final match by 84 runs after scoring 171 for loss of 4 wickets in 20 overs and bowling out NHPC Region Banikhet for 87 runs in 16 overs. Shri Harish Rana was adjudged Man of Match for his score of 84 runs in 67 balls.
A total of five teams from various NHPC locations including Corporate Office, Region Banikhet, Region Jammu, Region Siliguri& Itanagar and Region Chandigarh participated in the NHPC Inter-Regional Cricket Tournament.
