New Delhi News, 16 Feb 2022 : The COVID-19 outbreak has changed how all of us view the world. Every part of people’s lives in India has been affected, as well as the economy, politics, culture, and society. The impact on each of these areas has been well-documented, and a lot has been said and written about the economic effects of COVID-19.
While there have been discussions about paying one’s domestic workers, security guards, gardeners, and other house help, what about other small businesses and self-employed workers? When the government suggested people go digital with the idea of “Digital India”, were there enough options for people with small field businesses to become digital? How were the small businesses that sell non-essential items or services supposed to their operations? What about the small businesses that had fear of doing their business online? These are some of the questions to which we still seek answers.
With the outbreak of Corona-19, we at CoreField Technologies were hit with the fact that the age of digitization has now begun. And all the small and medium business owners from the field service need to now shift the traditional handling of their field businesses to digital handling.
To support the small businesses, CoreField Technologies launched its first product, FieldWeb, 2019. The product was brought into the market to support small businesses and help them prosper. We survived the waves of Covid-19 to help SMEs and MSMEs grow and become digital. We are a covid nurtured baby and have come across the field service industry with flying colors.
We have built ourselves with the main aim of providing IT Solutions for the business that deals with the Field Workforce.
With the idea of being a support to the field workforce, the organization decided to develop a flagship product named “FieldWeb” which will be the one-stop solution for all the field workforce problems and an easy way out to manage the field workforce automation platform.
Mr. Amit Dhawan, Founder of CoreField Technologies says “Our journey began with a simple dream of building a complete ecosystem that ensures comfort in the lives of small field businesses and helping them grow. Rooted in-kind thinking and a love for India’s field workers: the country’s foundation, FieldWeb, was founded as the most suitable Field Service Management software.” “I was worried about my team. As ultimately they were working hard too. I am proud to say that the team worked round the clock to improve our users’ experience. They were available for the business owners as well as for the field workers 24*7. We wanted to make sure that the education or the lack of knowledge among the small business owners should never become the reason for them to not be able to use digital methods for higher productivity and improved business. We made sure that the application is built with a straightforward and intuitive UI of web and mobile apps” adds Mr.Dhawan.
The merchants of Bharat are surely the building blocks of the country. We believe in exploring new technological possibilities that can help small business owners to maximize their revenue. FieldWeb’s mission is to bring transparency and efficiency in the operations of the field service industry.
Mr. Amit Dhawan says “In our country, we all survive with prejudicial thinking of prospering only when traditional methods of handling business are followed. But amidst this wave of Covid-19, all of us have to choose the road of digitization because that is what will ultimately make the difference.”
We aim to help small business owners to maximize their income growth, field workers’ productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business stability.
Following this, our vision is to become the best business management software for the field service industry that focuses on saving the time of field service workers.
In all these two years we have come a long way. With the change in the types of variants of Covid, we have managed to change the number of people who have trusted us and have chosen us to hold their hands and become their partner on their road to digitization. Today we are proud to have served more than 50 industries with more than 2000 clients and more than 20,000 field workers; with more than 5000 installs of the application on the google play store.
When asked about where Mr. Dhawan sees FieldWeb in the future, he says “we aim to acquire a considerable proportion of the Field Service Management market and make sure that the Field workforce ecosystem is built with the foundation stone as the trust and satisfaction of the clients & fieldworkers. Along with this the myth of traditional management of field business is better now needs to be changed and practically applied. After all, we all need to be a part of the digitization that Covid-19 has gifted us with”
