New Delhi News, 14 March 2019 : Today, In National Capital Turban Traveler-Amarjeet Singh shared his experience of following his passion and dreams to travel 40,000 Km across 30 counties in 135 days by road from Delhi to London and back. The event took place at Constitution Club of India, New Delhi. Manjit Singh GK (Former Chief Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee) and Zorawar (Punjabi Singer) were also present at the press meet. Amarjeet Singh is a 60 years old retired businessman who has turned as a Filmmaker from New Delhi and now into a passionate traveler. For him, age is just a number and nothing can stop you to achieve and conquer what is yours.
At the event, Amarjeet Singh spoke about the difficulties he faced during his journey, he said “Being a vegetarian I had to face lots of problems about food. The western toilet was another issue on this route up till Russia and it was a very big challenge to use Indian type toilets being 149 kgs of weight.” He also spoke about his accidents during his journey and how he survived them and got back with much higher spirits.
When asked about his achievements, he told, “I met Arnold Schwarzenegger In Budapest when he was shooting for Terminator Series and he signed on my car. I have met mayors and ambassadors of many countries. I feel really honored to meet people worldwide.”
Turban Traveler also shared about his future endeavors, he said “Now I am ready to drive all 7 continents and travel 100 countries covering 1,75,000 Km in 18 months. I will be starting my journey in May from New Delhi.”
