Faridabad News : Dr. SSV Ramakumar, Director (R&D) inaugurated a “Day Care Center” for the children of employees of IndianOil’s Research and Development Centre at Faridabad on September 29, 2017. Mr. Rajiv Khanna ED (I/c) Fin., IndianOil, Mr. TSR Gopalarao, CGM (TP&F), Ms Nishi M Khurana GM I/c (HR) graced the occasion. Apart from senior functionaries of R&D Centre, members from IndianOil Officers Association – IOOA, Officers Club -Maitri, Ladies Club -Srijni, HR, Projects and Finance were also present.
Dr Ramakumar appreciated the efforts of the team led by GM I/c (HR) in establishing this facility for the welfare of employees. He advised the team to make it a great success, making a benchmark to emulate by others.
Run by a professional agency, the Centre has a CCTV facility which has control with HR Officers. Equipped with all facilities of entertainment, rest, playful activities, the Center has all safety, security and hygiene measurements in place. The employees are keen to avail this newly created facility for their children. Situated very adjacent to R&D Centre, this new facility will surely help the young parents of Team IndianOil R&D to focus on their careers more passionately.
