Union Minister Krishan Pal Gurjar inaugurates state-of-the-art CATH Lab at Fortis Escorts Hospital

Faridabad News, 14th of December 2019 : Krishan Pal Gurjar, Honorable Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Union of India, inaugurated a state-of-the-art and next generation Cathlab and a comprehensive Mother & Child wing at the Fortis Escorts Hospital, Faridabad today. The new additions are going to enhance to the existing clinical infrastructure at the hospital for better patient care. The ceremony was also graced by Shri Mohit Singh, Facility Director, Fortis Escorts Hospital, Faridabad.

The new CATH lab with diagnostic imaging equipment is a next generation technology in heart care. It will help the cardiac with world’s best image guided therapy technology. This will in turn help surgeons to perform more complex procedures. The new lab will also provide digital image quality which will be immensely helpful for fast minimally invasive cardiac treatment for better patient care. The mother and child wing will provide holistic clinical and patient care for all ailments of women and children.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Krishan Pal Gurjar ji said, “It is a great step taken by the management of Fortis Escorts Hospital to upgrade the clinical infrastructure. It is in line with our overall objective to provide universal healthcare to the people of India. This upliftment in the healthcare delivery in Faridabad is going to go a long way for better treatment and patient care for the residents of this region.”

In this year itself, we are planning to add 50 number of beds to our existing capacity in this regard.”
